Riverside Hall

Riverside Hall is our purpose designed Headquarters, it is situated on the Millennium Green not far from the centre of Pateley Bridge.

As well as being the meeting place for our Scouts it is also home to Pateley Bridge Guide Unit and a local dog training school. The building is also used for a whole range of events such as :-

Annual General Meetings  • Corporate Training • AONB Training Sessions• Birthday Parties

Christenings • Craft Shows • Sleepovers • Discos and many others

The building consists of a large main room with high level windows, flourecent lighting, and vinyl floor.

A smaller meeting room which is carpeted and has a viewing window into the main hall.

A kitchen with small fridge freezer, catering size electric cooker, microwave, constant boiling water, crockery and cutlery for 40 people, pots and pans. There is a serving hatch through to the main hall.

Toilets and showers for male, female and disabled

Two smaller store rooms which can be used as ticket office / checking in

Outside we have ample parking and a private driveway with lockable gate.

Equipment available for your use includes:-

Widescreen TV with DVD/Video, OHP, Computer projection system, Disco Kit and lights, seating for 40 people (more if you have your own chairs) Tables, Cooking and eating utensils.

Our small meeting room has a built in climbing / practice wall

All our electrical equipment is safety tested annually as are the fire extinguishers and sensors

We have an entertainment licence that enables us to have music until midnight 7 days a week.

The fire limit is 120people in the building at any one time
